All Premier Community Homes are backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty. Our warranties are insured by a top-ranking insurance company. Upon purchase of a home the Home Buyer receives a Warranty Book that outlines the Warranty in its entirety. The Limited Warranty provides you with protection for ten full years of home ownership. In the first year, Premier Community Homes is responsible for specified warranty obligations. In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform, the Warranty is provided subject to conditions, terms and exclusions listed.
